Firstly, to get your new client on board we need to get a drive to you, as discussed, to facilitate a seed. If you would kindly send me the address details of the recipient of the drive – if you provide the clients address, you can then perform all the setup and configuration remotely.

The process is simple, iBUS will assist you with your first installation, or an in-house trial if you prefer. Once this is complete and the seed received and loaded our end, we will start the automated daily backup process. This backup will be monitored by yourself and iBUS – any issues will be resolved as they arise.

At the end of the 30 day trial period, we will discuss the outcome and review any cost saving opportunities or issues that require further addressing, should there be any. The client will then have the opportunity to take up the service or decline – we have a 95+% uptake from trials.

Formal documents will be issued at the end of the 30day trial for the client to review and accept. The proposed plan is based on a monthly auto-renewal with the client able to cancel with 30days notice.
