As discussed here are the details about Vibe.

VIBE (Hutt Valley Youth Health Trust) provides health and support services to young people aged 10-24 residing in the Hutt Valley.  VIBE currently delivers on a number of youth focused contracts to provide primary youth health services, school based health services, primary mental health services, youth development programmes, intensive teen parent support and is also the provider of Youth Service for the Hutt Valley.  Primary youth health and support services are delivered from 12 sites throughout the Hutt Valley including Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, four secondary schools, two alternative education centres, a teen parent unit, a kaupapa Māori Kura, a Marae and the CYF Care & Protection residence.

The laptops will be used with young people enrolled at Correspondence School.  These young people are often isolated in their communities and have limited support systems in place to help with completing their education requirements.  The Correspondence School is offering one on one tutoring at Vibe for about twelve students in our region who meet this criteria.  The laptops would remain at Vibe, and be used by the students when they are here completing their schoolwork.
