Welcome to the Payam Data Recovery partnership program, which rewards with discounts or commissions. The partner program is an obligation free program, which is setup to recognise and reward you as a partner when you use our services. We look forward to building a successful and rewarding business relationship with you.
We are Australia’s biggest and most experienced data recovery company, providing data recovery services for hard disk drives, solid state drives, RAID Arrays, NAS, USB flash drives, memory cards and mobile phones. We fix the problems that others can’t!
Now, proudly with a data recovery lab in Auckland as well all mainland states of Australia. Giving you access to the Australasia’s most experienced team (16) data recovery technicians.
We offer two revenue options to partners. Please select the option that works best for you. We must receive your revenue choice to finalise your application. We recommend you choose only 1 option to keep things simple for us to track and pay you commission. As a result, you will have a standard procedure to help your customers who suffer data loss.
Revenue Option #1: We pay you min 10% Commission for all customers you refer to us. 9/12/15 lady called and said 20%
– This is our preferred method, usually results in faster service and greater customer satisfaction.
– You receive min 10% commission on each successful recovery (excludes the cost of any external hard drives sold).
– You receive $250 commission on all approved quotes for a hard drive with damaged heads (clicking), damaged spindle motor (beeping) or RAID array recovery which has a $500 attempt fee is charged, even if the data recovery is not successful. e.g. Send us 10 clicking hard drives (damaged heads) in 1 year that your clients approve the quote and you earn $2500.
– No limit on commissions paid.
– No minimum amount of work per year is required to remain in our partnership program.
– If we complete more than 50 approved and paid jobs per year, your rate of commission will be increased after a 12 month review.
– Commissions can be paid in to your personal or business bank or PayPal account.
– Commissions paid the 10th day of each month, the following month after we receive payment.
– No data No charge policy on most of our services. Some services to have an initial non-refundable attempt fee for our time for the most time consuming jobs. Customers will be made aware of this prior to proceeding with a quote or attempted recovery.
– We will provide you with promotional flyers to give to your customers with our contact details and information about our company to help promote our services.
– Monthly email newsletter with sales tips, data recovery best practices and updates on any new services or capabilities. (Let me know if you do not wish to be added to our partner’s mailing list)
– Free web banner graphics to promote Payam Data Recovery on your web site or emails. (Let us know if you would like this).
– Free information will be provided on what you can do to improve our success rates so you earn more. Help to ensure every customer you send to us has the best chance of getting their data back.
– Free courier delivery of recovered data back to you if your customer requests this. This is ideal if you are helping your customer restore the recovered data back on to a new computer if your customer wishes.
– Free courier delivery offered to your customer (normally $20 extra for all customers).
– Customer satisfaction guarantee. If your customers ever have any problems – contact me directly. I will do everything possible to ensure your customers have received the best possible outcome.
How to refer customers to us:
– Refer your customers directly to us by giving them one of our promotional flyers (that will have your partner ID on them) in person. These will be posted to you within 7 days.
– If you prefer, provide our contact details to them by email or phone, then fill out this simple online form on our web site giving us the customers name and contact details after you have referred them to us so when they come in, we can match their details against your partner ID to ensure you receive your commission.

-Tell your customer to present the flyer to us for a free gift. We will provide them with a small gift, a promotional item from our company. This way we know they were referred by you even if they do not tell us.
– Refer your customers to us directly by delivering the device with detailed information about the problem and the owners contact details by completing this ‘Submit a Job form’’. Include your Partner ID when you complete this form. Deliver it to us in person or send it by a courier. We will contact them and deal with them directly.
– Free sales and marketing advice and information to provide to your staff members about Payam Data Recovery.

Revenue Option #2: We give you a min 10% Discount on all of our data recovery services. We deal directly with you.
– You receive a min 10% discount off all of our services (Excludes the cost of external hard drives).
– You determine what price to charge your customer.
– If we complete more than 50 approved and paid jobs per year, your rate of discount will be increased after a 12 month review.
– We work directly with you and bill you for our data recovery services. We will not contact your customer at any stage. Be aware that our prices are published on our web site.
– You are considered to be our customer. We provide you with the quote and charge you for the work completed at a 10% discounted rate. You can charge your customer any price you like.
– As you are considered as our customer, we expect payment from you when work is completed even if your customer does not pay you for any reason (e.g. change of mind, found a backup elsewhere).
