How non-profit can purchase software from techsoup (discounted prices for non-profits):

(Currently no NZ directory for IT providers but looking to having it in the future)

1. Must be registered through Charities Commission Register and have a Charities Register Number (CRN). You can register here: http://www.register.charities.govt.nz/Home/RegisterOnline 
2. Register to http://www.techsoup.net.nz/user/register 
3. An email will be sent to your organisation’s email address which will require you to validate your account via a weblink.
4. You can now qualify to purchase softwares but you need to be eligible for donated products. Read the guidelines here:

I am a consultant who works with non profit organisations, can I request products from TechSoup New Zealand?

Your organisation will not be able to request products from TechSoup New Zealand, however if it is acceptable for your client you may be the listed contact for their registration and act on their behalf.
