To provision MParchive for your customer we would recommend you follow the attached, “MParchive V3 Administrators guide.pdf”.
The specific steps you will need to complete are
1) Configure Email journaling on your clients mail server;
2) Ensure all users and aliases are populated within the Manage Protect console*;
3) Configure and test a collector within MParchive;
4) Deploy Outlook Plugin to end users.
*This may be done through Active Directory integration, batch upload or manual user setup.
