Re enrollment of IPCA phones to Vodafone VSDM

The steps are:

  1. Remove the MDM profile from the Settings>General>Profiles section. (this removes all old profiles)
  2. Remove the Vodafone Device Management Agent and insure the Airwatch MDM Agent is installed (if not uninstalled)
  3. Open Airwatch MDM Agent
  4. Click on proceed without email address
  5. Enter Organisation Group = IPCA_Prod
  6. Enter MDM Server = mdm-ds.vodafone.co.nz
  7. Enter UserName (i.e. phillips)
  8. Enter Enrollment Password

The device will then install the profiles and prompt the user on the screen to accept the enrolment and confirm security.

  • The device will prompt the user to enter their password or enter a one if they didn’t have one.
  • The device will prompt for Email Address Password
