VS1 Plesk mailbox. Client unable to delete on webmail / increase size of mailbox size

For VS1 customers, if mailbox is full and unable to delete emails via webmail with error “You have reached your mail quota” upon email deletion, follow the steps:

  1. Login to Plesk VS1 and choose customer.
  2. Click on domain.
  3. Under General tab, click on Customize.
  4. Increase the mailbox size (+10MB should be enough)
  5. Advise client to delete emails via webmail.
  6. Once client have deleted mails, change the mailbox size back to original.
