    Some best practice settings:
    · Your paging file is less than recommended, on C: and not a fixed size. Normally your paging file should be 2x physical RAM size (32768kb in your instance) however, since your system is running SQL you’ll need to set it to 4x Physical RAM (65536kb). You’ll also want your paging file to be on a secondary drive so it’s not on the drive that is constantly in a state of read/write. It’s also advised to fix you paging file size so there isn’t fluctuations in its size can cause complications with its operation. I’ve attached a guide with other server tuning suggestions that would be best for you to implement.

    · Separate your jobs so each drive has its own job, however make sure your SQL logs and database are on the one drive to avoid any inconsistencies if you have to restore.

    · Enable write-caching by editing your job/s and open advanced tools>enable write-caching

    · Also your backups seem to be running on the hour, I’d advise moving those to, for example, 9:06AM instead of 9:00AM
